    동해 청정해역에서 어획한 오징어를 산지 신선한 바닷 바람으로 피득한 수준(70%)까지 건조시킨

    식품을 뜻하며 "피데기"는 적정수분 함유와 타우린(Taurin)및 베타민 (Betaine)을 적당하게

    생성시킴으로 건오징어에 비하여 육질이 연하고 맛 또한 월등하여 구울 때 타우린 성분에 의해

    특유의 피향을 내며, 이성분이 중성기질을 억제하는 EPA와 머리를 좋게하는 DHA, 간장해독작용,
